A : Your question doesn't make a lot of sense and, to the extent I do understand it, it's pretty well unanswerable. I assume that you are either contemplating or going through a divorce. If so, your marital assets will be divided according to equitable principles. Consider whether your spouse could receive sufficient marital assets to balance out you getting the house or whether you could afford to buy out your spouse's interest. Consult local counsel.
