Hi my name is Lori I separated from my ex 8 months ago (not married) my van is in his name and im the co-signer. I have 3 kids with him (they are with me) he makes the payments and now he is threatening to turn the van in as a voluntary repossesion can he do that or is it illegal? Please any advice or answers will be very appreciated.
