Q : Approximately 2 years ago my car was towed away while I was dozing in the back of my vehicle. Earlier that day I purchased allergy pills from CVS, I inmediately proceed to take a pill and soon I realized that they were the kind of pills that cause drowsines. Unable to drive I decided to wait until the effect of the pill subsided. I awoke up when I was being towed away. I banged on the windows tryng to get the driver's attention but I was unsuccesfull. In the meantime I felt unconscious and I awoke up when the tow truck arrived at their office. I was bleeding from nose and vomiting, somebody inmediately called the paramedics. As a consequence of this incident I have a nasal fracture, neck injuries, in addition to panic attacks, anxiety, nightmares, and headackes. Q**** L**** T****** co. is notorious for "predatory practices" I hired an attorney that at this moment he is ressigning. He feels he cannot represent me adequaly in this case.
